This is a hands-on role you'll be working with your crew every day while making sure jobs are done right, on time, and to our standards. Most of the work is lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, blowing), but you'll also help out on landscaping projects like mulch installs, cleanups, and other jobs as needed. You're responsible for keeping your route moving, making sure quality is there, and representing the company the right way on every property. Responsibilities Lead and manage a 2-person crew daily Perform mowing, trimming, and blowing Ensure all jobs are completed clean and professionally Stay on schedule and keep routes efficient Communicate with clients when needed Complete job checklists and take photos at the end of each job Assist with landscaping projects when needed Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on residential and commercial properties. Assist with spring and fall cleanups including leaf removal and debris collection. Operate landscaping equipment such as commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers. Load and unload equipment and materials from company trucks and trailers. Maintain clean and professional job sites at all times. Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Assist with general landscape work including mulch installation, planting, and property maintenance. Perform basic equipment care such as cleaning tools and checking fuel levels. Work safely while following company procedures and safety guidelines. Provide quality service and represent the company professionally when interacting with clients. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred. Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is a plus. Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Ability to lead and stay organized throughout the day Valid driver's license (required) Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
