Temporary Grounds Workers

Salary Rate :

$16 hourly Phillips Academy seeks a temporary summer grounds worker . This position will assist the Grounds Crew with campus-wide landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, string trimming, leaf and debris clean up, and shrub pruning/sheering. Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm , c andidates will ideally be available to start in early May and work through mid to late August 2026. Skills/requirements Experience using a push mover, string trimmer and/or zero-turn mower and pruning sheers preferred Must have the ability to operate lawn care equipment, Assist in leaf removal operations, Work in all weather conditions, Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be able to lift 50+ pounds Due to the use of power tools candidates must be 18+ years of age.
