About Us All Gardens Inc. is an ecological landscaping company dedicated to designing, building, and maintaining beautiful, environmentally responsible residential landscapes in the greater Cambridge area. Since 2014, we've been transforming outdoor spaces with a practical, client-centered approach that maximizes ecological benefits. Traditional landscaping is often wasteful, destructive, and uninspired. We're part of a movement proving there's a better way—one that prioritizes sustainability, craftsmanship, and natural beauty. About the Role We're looking for reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a great opportunity to work hands-on in stunning gardens while expanding your knowledge of plants, ecological landscaping, and sustainable practices. Our season runs from late March to mid-December, and the position includes a mix of: Installation - Planting, hardscaping, and stonework (especially irregular-shaped stone) Maintenance - Perennial care, hand pruning, weeding, mulching, seasonal clean-ups, and more Experience in landscaping, gardening, stonework, or plant identification is a plus—but if you're eager to learn, we're happy to train the right person.
