We're looking for hard working individuals that want to be a part of our growing maintenance crews. Experience driving medium duty dump trucks and trailers. Property maintenance experience a must to include spring and fall cleanups, lawn mowing and other aspects of maintenance (trimming, pruning, etc). For spring cleanups, will be responsible for daily work that includes weeding, edging and mulching. Fall cleanups will be responsible for daily work that includes operating a leaf vacuum and other leaf removal equipment as well as fall pruning and trimming. For lawn mowing, experience operating commercial grade lawn mowers, weed whackers, backpack blowers with routine maintenance (changing blades, filters, greasing, etc.)
