Responsibilities:

Perform detailed lawn care (mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup) using primarily electric equipment Maintain garden beds (weeding, pruning, mulching, seasonal cleanups) Assist with plantings and landscape enhancements Operate and maintain equipment with care and efficiency Deliver consistently high-quality, detail-oriented results

Requirements:

Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Punctual, dependable, and ready to start on time every day Excellent communication skills; professional and courteous with clients and team Valid driver's license
