Your role will involve working outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing a range of tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for landscape installation and construction projects Install and maintain irrigation systems to promote optimal plant growth and water efficiency Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to preserve safety and aesthetics Execute hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor features with precision Provide lawn care services like aeration, fertilization, weed control, and snow plowing during seasonal changes Assist in garden design planning and implement horticultural practices to enhance plant health and landscape diversity Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment and power tools is essential Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation Hands-on experience with construction projects involving excavation or building outdoor structures is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various outdoor conditions while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of gardening principles and landscape design concepts will support your success in this role Join us if you're eager to cultivate beautiful environments while honing your skills in landscaping!
