POOL/BEACH ATTENDANT A

very upscale property in Harwich is interviewing for a pool/beach attendant for the 2026 summer season. This position will be 40 hours per week and requires working every weekend. The ideal candidates will be mature, pleasant, well groomed, efficient, courteous and above all; maintain a strong work ethic. The job duties will require some minor physical labor and the ability to work in direct sunlight. The person that is hired for this position will also be required to do a lot of walking on both hard and soft (sand) surfaces and maintain your areas cleanliness. The job also requires that you bring your lunch with you and you will have a paid break to dine. You must remain on property. This job would be ideal for a college student or a graduating high school senior that wishes to come back to the same summer job all through college!

The working hours will be 40 hours per week, 5 consecutive days, with two days off. There is one positions available and the actual working hours will be from 11:00 am until 7:00pm; Friday through Tuesday or Wednesday through Sunday. The successful applicant will receive an hourly rate of $18.50 and will be required to sign a commitment letter to stay from Memorial Day through Labor Day. You will receive a generous end of season bonus as long as you honor your commitment. Other requirements will be a current CPR certification and the willingness to be trained on a portable AED defibrillator. Those candidates that do not possess a current CPR certification will be required to obtain one prior to the start of employment.
