Landscaper/Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong willingness to learn. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, garden maintenance, and landscape enhancement. The Landscape Laborer will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces while ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming. Assist in garden maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Participate in landscape installation projects including building flower beds and installing hardscapes. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and aesthetics. Dig trenches for irrigation systems or planting beds as required. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition. Support landscape maintenance efforts by performing groundskeeping duties such as raking leaves, removing debris, and maintaining pathways. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Requirements Experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of gardening practices and plant care is a plus. Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers) effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is beneficial. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
