The Role This position focuses on ground operations for tree removal and maintenance. You'll work closely with our climbing / bucket crews to keep jobs running smoothly and safely.

Daily work includes:

Operating mini skids and feeding chippers Assisting with rigging and cleanup on job sites Driving trucks with trailers Operating and maintaining equipment such as chippers, skid steers, stump grinders, and chainsaws Following safety standards (ANSI) and company procedures Climbing or bucket experience is a plus , but not required. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of professional tree work experience Experience operating mini skid steers or similar equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs or more regularly Reliable transportation Willing to pass drug and alcohol screenings and a background check Able to obtain a DOT medical card and 2A hoisting license (if not already held) English proficiency for safe on-site communication Bonus points if you have: 2A/1C Hoisting License ISA Certification Climbing or bucket truck experience What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$35/hour (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Year-round, steady work Modern, high-end equipment and a safe, supportive work environment Why Work With Us We believe in doing the job right, staying safe, and taking pride in our work.
