Job Description

We are seeking Landscape Laborers for a landscaping firm in Marlborough, MA. This position involves outdoor work supporting landscaping and property maintenance projects for residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties Mow lawns, trim edges, and weed garden beds Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery Spread mulch, soil, and other landscaping materials Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools Assist with seasonal cleanups and debris removal Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Support crew members with additional outdoor labor tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must have valid drivers license
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM (or until work is completed), with opportunity for overtime.
Pay:
$18.00-25.00/hr depending on experience
