Job Description

The maintenance staff is expected to perform any reasonable task to keep camp buildings and grounds a safe and clean environment for staff and campers.
Essential Functions:
Prepare buildings according to established checklists Cut and split firewood Perform painting, groundskeeping, and landscaping tasks Follow and enforce all safety regulations and procedures Maintain vehicles and small engines Clean and maintain camp facilities, including: Daily sanitization of bathrooms and shower houses (sinks, showers, toilets) Daily trash removal Restocking bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, woodchips) Tidying program areas as needed Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Sanitizing mattresses Demonstrate and teach values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility Follow and enforce camp rules among peers Maintain positive relationships with parents, visitors, and the public Submit required paperwork on time Perform additional duties as assigned High school senior or equivalent, at least 16 years old Desire and ability to work in an outdoor maintenance environment Good role model with high integrity and adaptability Reliable maintenance skills with a willingness to learn new skills Ability to perform basic building repairs and use equipment safely Ability to clean and maintain outdoor spaces Ability to work effectively as part of a team Join our Maintenance Team and make a real impact!
