We're currently looking for a General Landscaper to join our dynamic team and help us maintain the highest standards of excellence.

Position Summary:

As a General Landscaper, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of landscaping tasks, including mulching, weeding, trimming, and lawn care maintenance. This hands-on role also involves working with our advanced solar-powered electric mowers and robotic mowers, helping to implement sustainable landscaping solutions that reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining high-quality landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a strong interest in eco-friendly practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply mulch to flower beds, trees, and shrubs to promote plant health. Regularly weed garden beds, lawns, and other landscape areas to ensure plants and grass remain healthy and attractive. Maintain clean, tidy, and weed-free landscapes. Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to enhance their appearance and promote healthy growth. Ensure all plant material is neatly maintained Mow lawns efficiently and maintain and monitor equipment to ensure smooth operation. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, blowers and trimmers, ensure tools are kept in optimal working condition. Interact professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their landscaping services. Ensure all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule. Work closely with team members to complete projects and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in general landscaping, lawn care, or similar outdoor work preferred. Experience with mulching, weeding, trimming, and general lawn care practices. Comfortable operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers and trimmers. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, consistent results. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when needed. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred. Knowledge of general landscaping equipment maintenance is a plus.
