Fine Gardener, Horticulturist needed PD Gardening Newton Center, MA Job Details Full-time $26 - $36 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Paid sick time Qualifications Client rapport building Pruning (plant care) Planting (gardening technique) Driver's License Transplanting (gardening technique) Full Job Description We are a well established Landscape & Horticulture company, established over 80 years ago. Looking for an experienced gardener to manage a handful of residential properties and lead installation projects.
Tasks would include:
Routine maintenance for perennials, shrubs, gardens, etc. Container Planting Nursery runs for plant material Planting, transplanting, pruning & weeding Customer bonding Must have a drivers license & at least 3 years of paid experience with a company. There will be plenty of training & support, but eventually you will be working independently. We are a small company, but we do a lot of great work in the Chestnut Hill area. Newton/Brookline is our only location. We are informal (not corporate), but well organized. Must be positive and friendly, but ready to work. Contact me and we can discuss!
