Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Duties Perform snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Engage in gardening activities, including planting, weeding, and maintaining flower beds. Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and raking leaves. Execute tree trimming and removal as needed to maintain the health and aesthetics of landscapes. Build and install hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig holes for planting trees or shrubs and prepare soil for landscaping projects. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Proficiency in snow plowing techniques is preferred. Experience in gardening and landscape maintenance is a plus. Knowledge of groundskeeping practices to ensure well-maintained outdoor spaces. Ability to perform tree trimming safely and effectively. Skills in building structures related to landscaping projects. Competence in digging and preparing land for planting or construction purposes. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping work. Understanding of hardscape installation methods is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment as needed.
