Job Description
The Opportunity Home Managed is a home maintenance subscription company and we're growing our outdoor services crew. We just signed a major commercial grounds contract — a large residential condo development with guaranteed work three days per week — and we're building the team around it. Unlike most landscape jobs, this one doesn't end in November. When the landscape season slows, our crew moves to interior work at our residential flip properties and supports Home Managed maintenance clients. You stay employed. All year long. If you have some landscape experience and a strong work ethic — or if you have basic handyman skills and want to learn the outdoor side — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general grounds maintenance at residential and commercial properties Landscaping and planting — garden beds, mulching, shrubs, grading Power washing — driveways, decks, siding, walkways Snow removal for Home Managed subscription members and the condo development in winter Support interior work at flip properties during slow landscape periods Assist Home Managed handyman technicians with basic maintenance as needed Operate and maintain equipment properly and safely Represent Home Managed professionally at every client property What We're Looking For 1+ year of landscape, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred Hardworking, reliable, and shows up ready — that matters more than a perfect resume Ability to take direction from a crew lead and work efficiently as part of a small team Valid Massachusetts driver's license Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Basic handyman skills a plus — or a genuine interest in learning them Snow removal experience a plus — we'll train the right person Compensation & Benefits $18-$28/hr depending on experience — W-2 or 1099 Flip project bonus — when projects close profitable, you share in it Year-round employment — no seasonal layoff Guaranteed commercial hours from the start — anchor client already in place Tools and equipment provided Learn trade skills on the job — paid training working alongside our construction and handyman crew Growth path into crew lead or Home Managed handyman roles Be part of a company with a real mission — all revenue supports Leo's Home Inc., our nonprofit helping Pioneer Valley families achieve and maintain homeownership How to Apply Apply at homemanaged.com/careers or email info@homemanaged.com Questions?
