Experienced Tree Climber & Ground Worker Positions

White Horse Lawn & Tree is hiring for two positions to join our growing team:

Experienced Tree Climber Tree Crew Ground Worker White Horse Lawn and Tree:

We are your local, family-owned Tree and Lawn Care Experts with 40+ years of experience. Our training and arboricultural certifications allow for educated and strategic tree management and service. We offer tree services including tree pruning, removal, stump grinding, stump removal, tree care, and more! We go beyond just tree services, providing expert care for yards including: plant health care, tick control, mosquito control, caterpillar control, lawn fertilization programs and more! Experienced Tree Climber:

We are seeking an experienced climber with strong knowledge of tree removals, rigging, and pruning techniques who can safely and efficiently work with a professional crew.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tree removals and pruning operations
• Climb trees using rope, saddle, and modern climbing techniques
• Safely rig and lower branches and wood
• Operate chainsaws and professional tree equipment
• Work closely with the ground crew during removals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years climbing and tree removal experience
• Experience with rigging and technical removals
• Operate chainsaws and professional tree equipment
• Valid driver's license a must (CDL a plus)
• Bucket, Ditch and Lift experience a plus as well

Tree Crew Ground Worker:

Responsibilities:

• Assist climbers with rigging and tree removal operations
• Operate wood chippers and chainsaws
• Drag brush and maintain safe job sites
• Manage ropes and rigging from the ground
• Help maintain equipment and trucks
• Work as part of a professional tree crew

Qualifications:

• Experience in tree work preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work
• Willingness to learn tree care and rigging techniques
• _ Valid driver's license a must _
