$20-$25/hour North Shore Waterscapes is hiring a full-time Outdoor Pond & Water Garden Associate to join our team based in Rowley, MA. About the Role This is an active outdoor position focused on cleaning, maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting ponds and water features throughout the North Shore. The work is physical, practical, and hands-on. You will work with a team, use professional tools and equipment, and help deliver finished results you can clearly see at the end of the day. This role is a strong fit for someone who prefers movement over sitting still, enjoys learning by doing, and takes pride in dependable, quality work. What You'll Be Doing Perform pond and water garden cleaning, maintenance, and service work Remove debris and complete seasonal pond cleanouts Use pumps, vacuums, flushing equipment, and pressure-washing tools Assist with aquatic plant care and water garden improvements Help identify and solve common pond and water feature issues Support renovation, repair, and installation work Help keep tools, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized What We Offer Starting pay of $20-$25/hour Full-time outdoor work Four day work weeks with the option for additional days and overtime.
