Job Overview Join our dynamic Grounds Crew team and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our golf course. As a Grounds Crew Member, you will be responsible for executing a variety of landscaping, gardening, and maintenance tasks that keep our grounds vibrant and inviting. This is an energetic position perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, using hand tools and power equipment, and taking pride in creating welcoming environments. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive grounds Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to promote efficient watering practices Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out gardening activities such as planting, mulching, and soil preparation Maintain lawns by performing lawn care duties like aeration, fertilization, and weed control Support general landscaping projects including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing landscape features Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify issues requiring maintenance or horticultural attention Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Skills Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques Experience with lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed management Familiarity with gardening principles and horticulture best practices Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes) and power tools (e.g., trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively Strong understanding of landscaping procedures including planting, pruning, and soil preparation Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to work well within a team environment Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes!
