We are currently looking for a hard working individual to join a small,established but growing landscaping company. To qualify for this position applicants must be able to perform the following task: Mowing, trimming, clean ups, mulch, plantings and other landscaping related tasks. In addition, applicants should possess the following qualities: hard worker, a quick learner, ability to listen and follow direction, pay attention to detail, be honest, and work well with others. Applicants must also have a valid driver license as well as reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to drive a truck and trailer a plus. This is a 40 hour a week on the books position. $16.00 to $20.00 /hour Responsibilities and Duties Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower. Cut lawn using hand power tools and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, bushes and mulch. Trim shrubs and pull weeds. Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment. Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. Qualifications and Skills Have a valid drivers license, Ability to drive and truck and trailer is a big plus. Must have 2 to 3 years of experience Ability to operate a lawn mower, Ability to operate a zero turn a big plus . Ability to operate weedwacker, and other various hand tools. Must be able to take direction and have good communication skills. Ability to learn new skills on the job.
