Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscape Gardener to join our vibrant team dedicated to creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments. In this role, you will be responsible for weeding, edging, planting, mulching and caring for a variety of landscapes, ensuring each project reflects quality work. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional, and thriving gardens that inspire and delight. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply your horticultural skills, a Responsibilities Plan and execute landscape projects, including planting beds, lawns, shrubs, trees, and hardscape features Maintain and enhance existing landscapes through pruning, mowing, fertilizing, watering, weeding and mulching edging. Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and spades to perform gardening tasks efficiently Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and lawnmowers safely and effectively. Conduct regular landscape maintenance activities such as edging, aerating, overseeding, and soil preparation Apply horticultural knowledge to select appropriate plants for different environments and seasons Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution to meet client specifications and deadlines Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations Qualifications Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape maintenance. Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aerating. Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools safely in outdoor settings Strong understanding of farming or agriculture practices beneficial for landscape projects Ability to identify different plant species and recommend suitable options for various landscapes Excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor work in diverse weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients Join us in creating vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire beauty and sustainability!
