Landscape Laborer

Job Overview Reliable Landscaping is seeking hardworking and dependable Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. Employees will assist with landscape maintenance, lawn care, planting, cleanups, and other outdoor labor tasks. Candidates should enjoy working outdoors, be physically capable, and work well in a team environment. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Assist with spring and fall cleanups Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees Spread mulch, loam, and other landscape materials Prune bushes and hedges Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers Load and unload trucks and trailers Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow company safety procedures Assist crew leaders with daily landscaping tasks Skills Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to work in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and with a crew Valid driver's license required Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor environments who want to gain comprehensive experience in landscape maintenance and construction.
