ABOUT THE ROLE

MetroGov Solutions Inc, DBA Nashoba Land Pros is looking for a reliable, hardworking landscaper to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position with consistent or flexible hours (depending on full or part time) and competitive pay. Whether you're experienced or just getting started in the trades, we're willing to train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns Planting, mulching, and maintaining garden beds Pruning shrubs and small trees Leaf and debris cleanup Operating push mowers, riding mowers, string trimmers, and standard landscaping equipment Following job site instructions and maintaining equipment

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites strongly desired Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred Experience with standard landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, trailers) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required - we will train

WHAT WE OFFER

$16 - $25/hr depending on experience Paid training and onboarding Consistent hours Opportunity to grow with the team
