Bonadio & Sons Landscaping - Waltham, MA We're hiring 1-2 crew members for our Fine Gardening team — maintaining high-end residential properties where plant care actually matters. This is not a mowing job. This is hands-on horticulture work. What You'll Do Prune shrubs, perennials, and small trees properly Weed, edge, and maintain planting beds Perform seasonal work (cutbacks, deadheading, cleanups) Assist with plant installs and garden improvements Identify issues with plant health and bring them up You'll be working on a small crew with high expectations. We expect you to pay attention and take pride in the work. What We're Looking For Some landscaping or horticulture experience (preferred) Reliable — shows up on time, every day Works hard without being chased Notices details (not just going through the motions) Willing to learn and improve Job Details Full-time (40-50 hours/week in season) Work is primarily in: Weston, Wellesley, Lexington, Concord, Newton, Sherborn, Dover High-end residential properties Pay $22-$28/hour , based on experience Important If you're looking for: Easy work A mowing-only position A place to just punch a clock This isn't the job.
