  • Should be able to cut grass without assistance We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawn Maintenance Leader to oversee and coordinate all aspects of landscape upkeep and outdoor maintenance projects.
In this role, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that lawns, gardens, trees, and irrigation systems are maintained to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and safety across all landscaping activities, creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor environments that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in horticulture, landscaping, and team supervision while fostering a positive work culture. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation, and landscape maintenance activities to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance skills in landscaping, horticulture, construction, and maintenance tasks Plan and execute landscaping projects including planting, pruning, fertilizing, aeration, and soil management Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment used in lawn care and landscaping tasks to ensure safety and efficiency Conduct site inspections to assess landscape health, identify issues such as pests or disease, and implement appropriate solutions Collaborate with clients or project managers to develop maintenance schedules that align with client needs and environmental best practices Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all outdoor activities Skills Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and horticulture principles Proven supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work atmosphere Skilled in operating landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively Ability to plan projects meticulously while managing multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices related to landscaping and outdoor maintenance Join us as a Lawn Maintenance Leader where your expertise will transform outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
