Pond & Landscape Technician Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Position Summary:

Aquatic Effects Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking Pond & Landscape Technicians to join our team. This position involves the maintenance and upkeep of ponds and surrounding landscapes, including planting, mulching, trimming, and general property care. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine pond maintenance and cleaning to maintain water quality and overall appearance. Install, maintain, and care for aquatic plants to ensure proper growth and health. Complete landscaping tasks around ponds, including planting, mulching, trimming, and general grounds maintenance. Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for pond care and landscaping services. Monitor pond systems and report issues such as water quality concerns or equipment malfunctions. Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move heavy materials such as dirt, rocks, and equipment. Experience in landscaping, gardening, or pond maintenance is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
