Operate equipment like excavators and snow plows safely during construction or winter weather conditions. Participate in tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Maintain tools and equipment regularly to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety standards. Experience Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
