Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess skills in various aspects of landscaping, including lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance. This role involves physical labor and requires a commitment to maintaining the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Duties
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist with planting, watering, and caring for trees, shrubs, and garden beds.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for landscape projects.
- Maintain and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct routine inspections of landscaped areas to identify issues or areas needing attention.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time and to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols while working with tools and equipment. Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating various landscaping equipment.
- Experience in shrub care and groundskeeping is a plus.
- Familiarity with garden maintenance practices.
- Strong understanding of lawn care principles and landscape design.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Knowledge of hardscape installation and maintenance is beneficial.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
