Job Description

Job Purpose:
Provide grounds services for contracts in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform grounds maintenance tasks efficiently. Work collaboratively on crews to complete projects. Support and work alongside people with disabilities.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
Experience in grounds maintenance Experience working with people with disabilities
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication skills Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
