Landscape Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various landscaping tasks, ensuring that outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves physical labor and requires a strong commitment to quality work and safety practices. The Landscape Laborer will work under the supervision of a Landscape Supervisor and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Starting pay is $18 an hour with little experience with the opportunity for a raise within 2 months. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features. Follow safety protocols while working in various weather conditions. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, tree care, and trimming. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping practices.
