Job Description

Landscape Maintenance Specialist Location:
Augusta, Maine Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Join a small, dedicated 3-person crew providing specialized landscape and grounds maintenance services at a single location in Augusta. This is not a production mowing route position. We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality work, attention to detail, and maintaining grounds to the highest standards. This position offers full-time employment throughout the full growing season, with seasonal work available during the remainder of the year. Winter duties may include snow plowing and related services; however, winter hours are limited and dependent on weather conditions and operational needs. Responsibilities Mowing and maintaining turf areas String trimming and edging General grounds care and site cleanup Washing and cleaning stones and site features Maintaining a professional appearance of the property Operating and caring for landscaping equipment safely What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work effectively as part of a small team Landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related experience preferred What We Offer Competitive pay of $22.00 per hour Consistent daytime schedule (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) One work location—no daily travel between sites Full-time work during the growing season Seasonal employment opportunities during the off-season Small team environment Meaningful work requiring care, respect, and attention to detail About Us We are a veteran-owned company committed to professionalism, accountability, and service.
