Job Description

Executive Properties is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Gardener / Landscape Maintenance Professional . We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces across multiple properties and are looking for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and attention to detail. Position Overview This role involves maintaining and enhancing landscaped areas across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and enjoys working outdoors in all conditions. Key Responsibilities Tree and shrub trimming General garden and landscape maintenance Weeding, mulching, and planting Lawn care, including mowing and edging (as needed) Seasonal clean-up and property upkeep Assisting with various landscaping projects and improvements (as needed) General handyman, indoor work may be available during winter months Qualifications Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment Strong work ethic with a willingness to "get your hands dirty" Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors What We're Looking For A seasoned individual who takes pride in their work Someone dependable, punctual, and self-motivated A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Schedule & Compensation Part-time hours (flexible; to be discussed) Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume including a brief summary of your experience to Debbie Beaulieu, Recruiting Manager at resumes@cla.aero.
