Job Summary Join our dynamic landscape construction team as a Landscape Construction Laborer! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of transforming outdoor spaces through hands-on work, supporting landscape projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures using hand tools and power tools. Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up excavation equipment like excavators under supervision. Support planting activities including tree care, gardening, lawn care, and landscape maintenance to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Ability to Operate equipment, saws and power tools. mechanics move to the front. Ability to maintain outdoor spaces year-round. Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery including hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with trimming trees, pruning shrubs, and performing general landscaping tasks to enhance the beauty and health of outdoor environments. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction materials, heavy machinery like excavators, and during site setup or cleanup. Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and tools effectively. Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance to support healthy plant growth. Ability to perform tree care including trimming, pruning, and planting with attention to safety standards. Familiarity with hardscape construction techniques such as laying pavers or building retaining walls. Strong work ethic with a focus on safety procedures during construction activities involving heavy machinery like excavators.
