Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES
Assist Operations Manager with repairs Respond to guest request, for general maintenance items and needed supplies Clean and organize Grill Sites Empty rubbish bins throughout the resort Landscaping and grounds maintenance general work This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
SECONDARY DUTIES
Assist in cleaning public areas such as pool, hot tub, pavilion, and grill sites. Answer guest questions about things to see and do in the local area.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Resort buildings, facilities and grounds are well-maintained and fully operational. Projects are completed properly, safely and timely. Demonstration of a positive attitude with guests, management, and team members. Use of safe work practices for a secure work environment for staff and resort guests. Well-groomed appearance and appropriate, clean Terramor uniform and nametag. Consistently at work as scheduled and on time for shifts.
