Job Overview Van Aken Landscaping & Lawn Care is seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and understand the value of professionalism, team work and attention to details! As a Maitenance Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties to the high standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Mowing Residential & Commercial Properties Trimming & Edging Property Cleanups & General Landscape Maintenance Loading /Unloading equipment & Materials Maintaining a clean & Professional Job site Communicating effectively with crew leaders and team members Requirements Valid Drivers License is preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic & Positive Attitude Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work independently & as part of a team 2 Years of Landscaping experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the company
