Lawn Maintenance, Soft Scape Landscaper & Hardscape Positions Available

The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining client properties to the highest standards year-round. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance. Complete seasonal cleanups, including spring and fall yard work. Operate snow removal equipment, shovel and perform winter maintenance tasks. Load, transport, and unload necessary equipment safely. Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. Maintain clean, organized, and functional equipment and work areas. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. The Softscape Crew Member is responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality landscaping features, including plantings, mulching, pruning, and general landscape care. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform softscape tasks, including edging, mulching, pruning, weeding, blowing, planting, hand watering, and removal of landscaping debris. Assist with the loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and garden debris from company vehicles. Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining a helpful and courteous demeanor toward coworkers and clients. Follow safety procedures for all equipment, materials, and on-site work. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. The Stonework / Mason is responsible for designing, building, and installing high-quality outdoor stone features, including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and walkways. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install or repair interior and exterior stone veneer for fireplaces, exterior walls, sitting walls, pools, and outdoor grills. Construct boulder retaining walls, stone/paver patios, and other hardscape features with the team. Build rock walls and lay paver or natural stone patios according to design specifications. Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment, and job sites. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards.

Pay:

$19.00 - $27.00 per hour
