Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation. Your hands-on work will help create lush lawns and well-maintained outdoor areas that enhance the beauty and usability of properties. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like edging, digging, planting, and installing hardscape features Help with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Prepare sites for landscaping projects by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up hardscape elements like patios or walkways Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for properties and pathways Maintain equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery through regular inspections and basic upkeep Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is highly desirable Ability to operate equipment like excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, mowing, trimming, and hardscape installation is beneficial Prior experience in construction or landscape-related roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided to the right candidate Join us to cultivate your passion for outdoor environments while gaining valuable skills in landscaping and construction!
