Lawncare Crew Member $16-$20 per hour Lynch Landscaping Inc. is looking for a Lawncare crew member to join our team and work with their crew leader to maintain customers' properties by applying fertilizer, weed control, pesticides, and other lawncare treatments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Mixing and applying fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other chemicals to lawns and landscape beds Calibrating and maintaining application equipment to ensure accurate and efficient product delivery Monitoring and diagnosing lawn and plant health issues, and recommending appropriate treatment solutions Keeping accurate records of all applications, including product usage, application rates, and areas treated Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying chemicals Communicating with clients to explain treatment plans, address questions or concerns, and provide recommendations for ongoing lawn care maintenance Assisting with other lawn care and landscaping tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, and clean-up.

Education, Certification, and License:

A valid driver's license is required Maine Pesticide licenses are encouraged to apply, but not required

Experience:

No experience is required. We're happy to train motivated individuals to learn the ins and outs! Previous equipment operating experience is encouraged to apply, but not required.

Requirements:

Standing, sitting, and walking for long periods of time throughout the day. Squats, stoops, or kneels and lifts objects from the ground frequently. Lifting, pushing, and pulling the weight of up to 30 pounds. Fine motor skills for use of small equipment and hand tools. Tobacco-Free/or be able to be tobacco-free for the workday.
