Property Care Crew Member $16-$20 per hour Lynch Landscaping Inc. is looking for a Property Care crew member to join our team and work with their crew leader to maintain customers' properties with mowing, flower bed maintenance, and mulching. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performing routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming grass Pruning shrubs, bushes, and trees to maintain their health and appearance Maintaining flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed Cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools Assisting with landscape clean-up and debris removal Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns professionally.

Education, Certification and License:

A valid driver's license is required

Experience:

No experience is required. We're happy to train motivated individuals to learn the ins and outs of Property Care! Previous equipment operating experience is encouraged to apply, but not required.

Requirements:

Standing, sitting, and walking for long periods of time throughout the day. Squats, stoops, or kneels and lifts objects from the ground frequently. Lifting, pushing, and pulling the weight of up to 30 pounds. Fine motor skills for use of small equipment and hand tools. Tobacco-Free/or be able to be tobacco-free for the workday.
