Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Mower/Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your energy and expertise! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes through precise mowing, trimming, planting, and general landscape upkeep. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will ensure our clients' properties are vibrant, healthy, and visually stunning. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Operate lawn mowers, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently and safely Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming trees, pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and installing hardscape features Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, and sometimes operating machinery like excavators for larger projects Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and excess materials to uphold professional standards Support construction projects involving landscaping structures or garden features as needed Experience Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly desirable Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus but not mandatory Strong understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping tools and machinery is essential Experience in snow plowing or winter maintenance tasks is a bonus but not necessary for all roles Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work and eager to grow your skills in landscaping!
