Summary As a Lawn Care Crew Member at Kasners Landscaping, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This position is essential to our mission of delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing. Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, and weeding. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring proper disposal. Support snow plowing operations during winter months as needed. Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Requirements Experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and basic landscaping equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
