Job Overview Hey there! We're seeking dedicated and passionate Gardeners / Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance, with experience in various gardening techniques. This role involves working outdoors to maintain gardens, landscapes, and grounds, ensuring they are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing. Each day we serve different homes and business throughout the Ann Arbor area and surrounding cities. Reliable transportation is essential. Duties Perform regular garden care activities including weeding, raking, mulch, edging etc. Utilize hand tools and power tools for planting, trimming/pruning, and maintaining plants. Assist in the irrigation of gardens and landscapes to ensure proper water distribution. Conduct tasks such as planting seeds, transplanting seedlings, and monitoring plant health. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment. Implement landscape maintenance practices to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces. Collaborate with team members to design and execute garden layouts that meet client specifications. Requirements Proven experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a passion for nurturing plants and landscapes. Excellent physical stamina for performing manual labor tasks throughout the day.
