Lawn care crew leader mower operator

Lawn mower operator/part time crew leader. Looking for someone with provable commercial lawn mowing experience that takes pride in their work. Must have photographic proof or be able to prove in person to me your mowing skills As I'm really not looking to train anybody at this time. Responsibility will be mostly mowing but may involve some sidewalk blowing during mowing season, I do expect some help with washing mowers, light maintenance, basically taking care of the machine you use, also overseeing that all work that gets done not in my presence is done up to the standard we try to keep. in the fall we do leaf cleanups, in the winter we plow snow, in the spring we do some cleanups and some light landscape upkeep. I have well kept stand on mowers and also one sit down zero turn mower We leave at 7 am on Mondays and 8 am the rest of the week, if being late or missing days is a trait you have please do not apply.
