Job Description

Landscape Crew Leader | $20-$30/hr DOE | Full-Time •First day is a paid working interview - we pay you at the end of the day to make sure we are a great fit for each other! •We are a small, owner-operated landscaping company with 31 years of experience delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work. We are looking for reliable, experienced crew members who want a long-term position.
What You'll Do:
Bed maintenance, weeding, pruning, and hedging Brick paving and rock walls Sprinkler system work Playground set installation Equipment cleaning and maintenance
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license (required) 2+ years of landscaping experience preferred Ability to work in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends Willingness to travel for some jobs (extra pay provided)
Requirements:
Must pass a background check Must be drug-free and pass a drug test
What We Offer:
Full-time, year-round work Competitive pay: $20-$30/hr depending on experience Extra pay for travel jobs W2 or 1099 payment options available First day is a paid working interview
