Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated individual with an eye for details to join our team as a Landscape Crew Member. In this role, including but not limited to planting, mulching, mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
Responsibilities:
Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, and sodding. Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Winter responsibilities for full-time employees include shoveling, plowing, and ice removal.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required. Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license is required and clean driving record preferred. A reliable vehicle for going do various job sites throughout the day.
Benefits:
Competitive pay based on experience. Medical insurance Paid time off 1 week after 6 months. Potential for overtime hours during peak seasons.

$17 - $22.00 per hour (Flexible based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 7:30-6:00 Occasional Saturdays are required 45-55 hours a week, weather dependent
