Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscaping and Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team dedicated to creating beautiful, sustainable indoor and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes through gardening, lawn care, irrigation, general landscape maintenance, along with indoor maintenance and tidying. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, digging, trimming, and other landscaping activities. Conduct gardening duties such as planting new greenery, mulching beds, fertilizing plants, and managing pest control measures. Assist with the installation of new landscaping features, including trees, shrubs, flower beds, and hardscape elements. Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and performing routine repairs to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to plan landscape designs that meet client needs while adhering to environmental best practices. General grounds maintenance including pool, docks, power washing, etc. Requirements Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, gardening, and horticulture principles. Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and hoes; proficiency with power tools is a plus. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while following safety protocols. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail indoors and outdoors coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
