Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces. Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety. Use power tools safely for various maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Qualifications Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and snow removal is preferred. A willingness to learn is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools is advantageous. Familiarity with power tools such as trimmers, edgers, and blowers is a plus. Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques will help you succeed in this role. Ability to operate small machinery like loaders or other construction equipment is beneficial. Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Clean cut with an ability to maintain a presentable appearance for high end clients. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and maintenance procedures.
