Job Description

Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader & Crew Member MTH Landscaping, Inc. - Carsonville, MI Full-Time Seasonal Position | Advancement Opportunities MTH Landscaping is growing and looking to add a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member to our team. Our Enhancement Team focuses on the fine details that make properties stand out. We maintain high-end residential properties, commercial sites, HOAs, and vacation rentals throughout Michigan's Thumb and Blue Water Area. If you enjoy maintaining beautiful landscapes, take pride in quality work, and have a strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Weeding landscape beds Pruning shrubs and ornamental trees Trimming hedges Installing annual flowers and seasonal color Maintaining vacation rental landscaping Mulch touch-ups, installation, and landscape enhancements Weed control and spraying Property inspections and quality control
Qualifications:
Previous landscape maintenance or enhancement experience preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to work independently or lead a small crew Knowledge of proper pruning and plant care practices preferred Michigan pesticide applicator license is a plus Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physical outdoor work Dependable and willing to learn Why Join MTH Landscaping?
