Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy and appealing lawns. Operate equipment, including zero turn mowers and weed trimmers, efficiently and safety Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain equipment by performing regular checks, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed. Hold professionalism, customer service, quality, and timeliness at a high priority. Be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast pace enviroment dailly Skills Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping and lawn care tasks. Experience in mowing techniques and landscape maintenance practices. Familiarity with snow plowing operations during winter months is a plus. Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and operate and at a swift and efficient pace. Strong groundskeeping skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. A genuine interest in lawn care and landscaping activities.
