As Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the grounds and caring for the exterior of buildings as well as housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and some light maintenance work.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00

PM Responsibilities:

Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings. Housekeeping and janitorial tasks Other general maintenance duties as necessary

Qualifications:

One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed Must have basic set of tools Be responsible and reliable Have a positive attitude Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
