This role is for someone who understands water flow, zoning, and system design and can guide a crew while getting their hands dirty. If you are dependable, sharp with layouts and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new irrigation system installs
• Troubleshoot and repair existing systems
• Read site plans and layout zones, timers, valves
• Ensure efficient water coverage and compliance with backflow regulations
• Communicate with clients, crew, and office to ensure smooth execution
• Track Materials, equipment use, maintain clean job site and daily job note

Experience:

• 2+ years of irrigation/sprinkler installation experience
• Leadership mindset and ability to guide a small team
• Familiarity with trenches, vibratory plows, and pipe layout
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all outdoor conditions
• Proficiency in using hand tools for various landscaping tasks

Pay:

Up to $23/hr biweekly pay based on experience
